Honey Cloud Pancake
While your oven is heating, whisk 1 egg white until it is white and fluffy. In a different bowl, mix together the flour, salt honey and vanilla extract. Once well combined, whisk in the warmed milk. (I heated it for 25 seconds in the microwave).
Heat an oven proof 6" pan and melt your butter in it. While it is melting, gently fold your wisked egg whites in to your milk/flour mixture.
Once the butter is melted, pour all of your batter into your pan. Once the edges start to set/firm up, put your fruit on top - make it as fancy as you want.
Throw your pan in the oven for about 8 minutes, until your pancake is fluffy and golden.
Slide your pancake on to a plate, and drizzle with honey. And enjoy!
