4 large potatoes, cleaned and quartered
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp of Chili Powder
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tsp season salt
Preheat your grill.
Mix together the oil, cumin, chili powder, pepper and salt. Toss your quartered potatoes into the mix and make sure they are well coated.
Clean and oil your grilling grate. Place the potatoes over the hot side of the grill, and cooked until browned and crisp on both cut sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Move the potatoes to the cool side of the grill, cover, and continue to grill until they are cooked through, about 7-10 minutes longer.
Remove the potatoes from the grill to your serving platter or bowl. They will be really hot, so just be aware before you, or someone else, bites into them

Notes:
I store mine in the fridge until about 10 minutes before serving.
I have seen where people use 4 oz of cream cheese, I have not tried it, but I am sure they are still delicious!
