Mango Chipotle Chicken Kabobs

Serves 2-4 people

  • 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 Onion (optional)
  • 1 can of pineapple (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of Kraft Mango Chipotle Dressing

  • Cut chicken into 1 inch or so pieces. put it in a dish and pour the dressing over it.  Marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, or all day.

    Cut your peppers, onion and pineapple if you are using into 1 inch pieces. You want everything to be similar size.

    Pull out the chicken, and start threading everything on skewers alternating meat, veggies and pineapple if using.  If you are using a wooden skewer, make sure you soaked them. 

    Put the prepared skewers on the grill, and rotate every 5 minutes or so for about 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is done.
